Our Company will provide assistance in the set-up and the installation of complete factories for the panel production and equipment operations with adequate transfer of all pertinent know-how, we also offer field assistance in training our customers in the use and the application of the panels.

THE COMPONENTS OF THE PANEL TECH SYSTEM

 

The components of the PanelTech System are simple. A core of modified polystyrene to provide insulation, sandwiched by wire mesh connected with galvanized truss wire for structural reinforcement, and field-coated with concrete for structural integrity. Yet it's extraordinary design flexibility, ease of installation, versatility of application and astonishing strength is changing the way the construction industry sees the future. The PanelTech space frame is exceptionally strong comprising of:

 

 · Modified rigid polystyrene core;

 · Sandwiched by two outer layers welded wire mesh;

 · Galvanized truss wires piecing the polystyrene core are welded to the outer

   wire mesh layers

 · Manually or mechanically job site applied shotcrete.

 

This panel is factory produced to exacting tolerances using patented high-speed

computerized robotic controlled machinery. The panels' lightweight yields dramatic advantages in lower shipping cost, easy job-site handling and rapid erection installation.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    

 

Code Compliances

 

 

PanelTech Systems meets CABO one and two-story family dwelling codes. Code

Compliance reports No. Ner-454, 1/1/93, which satisfied all SBCCI, ICBO,

And BOCA requirements for standard buildings and also have the U.S.

Housing and Urban Development (HUD) compliance, covered under SEB#120.

 

The PanelTech System meets the codes of the United States of America, Canada, Cayman Islands, Bermuda, Mexico and Saudi Arabia.

In a PanelTech building, this simply does not happen because of the double shell insulated panel construction. There are no damages to carpets, furniture, and interior wall finishes. *Exterior walls can be clad with concrete in a light texture stucco surface, then covered with an electrometric coating in an variety of shades.  You can also finish the exterior to look like Stone or Brick and even Wood.

 

*In simple terms, PanelTech walls need no battens and no linings. They can be finished off with a range of paint and texture finishes to evoke a traditional building style--a look of permanence and of timeless elegance.

Upon completion of the erection, after the placing of utilities (See figure 3), installation of door and window rough frames, concrete is applied to each side of the panel assembly.  Concrete may be applied manually or by “shotcrete”, either, wet or dry (See figure 4).  The thickness of the concrete layers conforms to the local code requirements.  Simple methods for checking for correct and uniform concrete thickness are on hand and are observed while screening the surface.

Construction Technology

 

The insulation core body (normally of Polystyrene - other materials such as Rock Wool can also be used) is securely and precisely locked in the center of the panel.  The core is not movable, even under the high pressure of the truss wires being pierced through the insulation core and being arranged in a zigzag configuration (See figure 5).  This results in perfect building quality, with uniform concrete thickness throughout, giving highest structural strength as well as minimizing cement consumption.

Building structures may go up either using exclusively panels or the panels may be applied to compliment traditional construction methods (See figure 6). The panels can be used as curtain walls or as “filler” panels for metal or concrete frame structures panels as filler wall panels for industrial metal frame structures, or can be used for cost effective building of correction centers, municipal buildings, and offices.  They can also be used in precuts components, etc., etc.  The PanelTech panel is truly a universal building product.
