While more and more people are finding that Pre-Paid Legal is the answer
to their legal needs, the market is still vastly untouched. During the
calendar year ended December 31, 1999 we added 525,352 new memberships
which was a 34 percent increase over the new memberships added during
the same period in 1998, and represents the ninth straight year of
increasing membership sales. New sales associates recruited during the
calendar year ended December 31, 1999 increased to 92,644, an increase
of more than 22 percent compared to the same period in 1998.
Our Provider Attorney network continues to expand and improve as we
provide only the best and most qualified attorney services to our
members. "Service is what we sell," and it's all we sell - from the
Corporate Office staff to the Sales Associates to the Provider Attorney
network. Meeting the needs of our Pre-Paid members is our number one
focus.
With all the members of the management team, the Board of Directors
and many of our marketing associates owning stock in the Company, you
can be sure that shareholder value and earnings are and will continue to
be of paramount importance in our strategic planning and operations.
